Glowtide operates this shop and sells directly to consumers at glowtideskin.com. Questions about an order, these terms, or anything else go to support@glowtideskin.com.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email, and we may decline one — an item that turns out to be out of stock, a pricing error, or a payment we cannot verify — in which case nothing is charged, or anything already charged is refunded in full.

All prices are shown in USD and include any applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise at checkout. Import duties on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Shipping is $8 per order and free on orders over $120. Orders are dispatched on business days; delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier.

Unused items can be returned within 30 days. The refund policy sets out how, and what is excluded.

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered, and nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

These terms can change. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
